Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Penang, Bayan Lepas, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders in achieving output, quality, and cycle time targets. The role requires ensuring adherence to 5S, safety, and quality standards across all shifts.

The successful candidate will have a degree and 1–3 years of experience in a semiconductor production supervisor role, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of Degree.
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in a Production Supervisor role in semiconductor.
• Willingness and ability to work in shifts.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
