• Assist in supervising Security Officers on assigned shift.
• Monitor and train security guards on assigned shift.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, including disciplining, handling complaints, and resolving problems.
• Detect suspicious behavior and prevent vandalism, thefts, or other criminal activities.
• Maintain a professional reputation for the department, company, and community. Ensure regular and consistent attendance.
• Adhere to all rules, regulations, policies, and orders. Responsibilities include security planning and training.
• Provide overall protection of company assets and employees.
• Reconcile security logs with shift responsibilities and patrols. Interact professionally with guests and employees.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies as required. Respond to security incidents and accidents.
• Maintain all security documentation, manage keys, and security items.
• Lead emergency response drills.
• Attend all required training sessions.
• Conduct inspections for physical and safety hazards.
• Ensure proper execution of assigned duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
