Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process, draft and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Identify training needs and organize training sessions for production workers.
• Support the reporting manager with new tasks and initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers to implement company policies and goals.
• Resolve issues that could cause production delays.
• Monitor discipline, tardiness, and attendance of direct labor.
• Prepare and present production reports to upper management.
• Determine resource requirements to meet production plans.
• Manage dispatching of work orders according to the build plan.
• Drive improvements in workmanship and quality.
• Manage and control direct material usage and maintain inventory levels.
• Handle employee attrition and retention strategies.
• Coordinate employee activities to promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, ESD, cleanroom, and housekeeping standards.
• Achieve performance metrics such as HPU, DPPM, cycle time, job closure, cross-training, scrap/reject rates, and attendance.
• Participate in or be trained on company initiatives like Lean Manufacturing.
• Implement continual improvement practices and risk-based thinking in planning and execution.

Education & Experience

• BBA or equivalent qualification with at least xx years of relevant experience as a Production Supervisor.
