Job summary

National Oilwell Varco in Malaysia (Johor, Pasir Gudang) is seeking a Packing Operator to ensure timely, safe packing aligned with quality requirements. You will supervise packing on the assigned shift and support a safety-forward environment, with overtime when needed.

The role requires basic packing knowledge, forklift awareness, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to rotate shifts in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of packing procedures and material handling.
• Able to follow packing instructions and SOPs.
• Able to perform packing activities under supervision.
• This role requires rotating shifts.
• Able to work overtime if required.
• Forklift license is an added advantage.
• Able to work in hot environment.
• Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure packing schedule is meeting the target with required Quality and Process.
• Ensures that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and process procedures.
• Oversees packing process on assigned shift.
• Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
