About The Role


As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. To support the continuous operation and maintenance of facility systems and equipment, ensuring safety, compliance, and service quality in alignment with client expectations and organizational standards.

What You’ll Do


  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on facility systems and equipment.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies based on priority levels.
  • Monitor and coordinate with vendors for outsourced maintenance activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders and documentation.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Participate in training programs and maintain required certifications.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders.
  • Utilize digital tools and systems for task tracking and reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team goals.

What You’ll Need:


  • Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent. Possessing competency in electrical works (e.g. PW4, A4) is added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance or manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems and safety standards.
  • Possess a valid driving license (B2 and D classes).
