Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** The M&E Technician is responsible for driving maintenance programs (including routine inspection, corrective and preventive activities) with a focus on system reliability, with the application of Best Practices and wide range of engineering principles and practices to:* Implement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard Operating Procedures and reliability governance.* Support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading.* Lead emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading.* Facilitate and administer reliability improvement projects including isolation and Testing and Commissioning, and other experimental simulations.* Interface directly with clients to identify and analyse critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications to guide the solution process.* Familiar with basic Mechanical, Electrical & Chemical system knowledge. Ability to perform 1st level troubleshooting & assist System Engineers to resolve any arising issues.* Able to perform minimum or basic rectifications - hands on or basic skills in Mechanical, Electrical & Chemical systems. **Risk Management*** Implement risk assessment which identifies operational risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental. **Profitability and Savings Initiatives*** Drive initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement. **Energy Conservation and Innovation*** Support initiatives and strategies for energy conservation with feasibility assessment, cost, optimization, and engineering analyses. **Customer Service and Client Relationships*** Ensure feedback from client are recorded and action taken to the satisfaction of the end user.
