The role:

As a Shift Automation Engineer , you will help drive our goals by:

• System Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Monitor automation systems, PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and robotics for smooth operations
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of automated equipment
• Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Data Analysis & Reporting – Collect and analyze system performance data, generate reports, and suggest improvements.
• Collaboration & Support – Work closely with production, maintenance, and IT teams to ensure automation systems meet operational needs.
  
  
  

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Have 3 – 5 years working experience in manufacturing plant dedication to automation, electrical, Mechanical, electronic and robotic.
• Able to work shift hours
• Proven experience in PLC and programming with any of the following PLCs: Allen Bradley
• Good understanding in TPM and other management tools to assist in equipment maintenance and upgrade.
