Shell Malaysia is launching a three-year Graduate Programme in Malaysia, with placements in Miri and other Shell locations. Start dates are May and November 2027. The programme blends on-the-job training, formal education, rotations, and coaching to develop future leaders.

The role will be based in Miri / Sunway Square / Menara Shell / Bintulu. Start dates for the Graduate Programme are May / November 2027.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme : You are required to have graduated (Bachelors / Masters / PhD) prior to your first day at Shell. To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you should be in your final year of study or have less than three years of relevant work experience. Possess leadership presence and involvement in team working environment experience. Strong communication and presentation skills. Have valid work authorization in Malaysia.
