Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking a Production Manager in Senai, Johor, to oversee end-to-end sheet metal production. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and coordinating with Quality, Equipment, and Safety teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output.

You will lead 10–50 staff, implement 5S, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining strict safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in sheet metal workshop management.
• Able to read and interpret mechanical sheet metal drawings.
• Proficient in laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and powder coating processes.
• Familiar with sheet metal tolerances, flat pattern development, and manufacturing cost estimation.
• Experience leading teams of 10–50 employees.

Responsibilities

• Production Management: plan and coordinate end-to-end sheet metal production based on orders.
• Quality Control: implement standards for materials, in-process and finished goods.
• Equipment & 5S Management: maintain fabrication equipment and 5S standards.
• Personnel & Safety Management: supervise attendance, training, and safety.
• Documentation & Cross-Functional Coordination: report production metrics and support engineering teams.
