Job summary

Allnex Asia Gbs Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a senior SHE leader to drive compliance and safety initiatives at our Melaka site.

You will lead all SHE activities, align with Malaysian regulations and global standards, and foster a proactive safety culture across the organization. You will act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities (DOSH, DOE, Bomba) and sustain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, ensuring adherence to statutory and corporate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all SHE activities for the Melaka site, ensuring compliance with Malaysian regulations, company standards and global SHE initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities including DOSH, DOE and Bomba.
• Drive a strong safety culture through employee engagement, continuous improvement and SHE best practices.
• Manage and continuously improve ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, ensuring compliance with all statutory and corporate requirements.
