Join the dynamic team at Zhong An Asset Management Sdn Bhd as a Share Trading Executive/Trainee. In this full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client services within the banking and financial services industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform dealing services, customer services and administrative duties to assist customers.
2. Assist clients in enquiries and difficulties faced in equity market, trading activity and trading system.
3. Assist in new account opening process and educate new clients in market and system learning.
4. Keep track of clients' transactions and maintain records, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements.
5. Monitor client's trading position and investment portfolio to ensure client's trading activity is in place.
6. Execute purchase & sale orders of securities on behalf of clients in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and the central operation team.
8. Perform administration tasks to ensure a seamless trading experience for customers.

What we're looking for

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, or professional qualification, or Diploma in any field from a recognized institution.
2. Successful candidate is required to pass Sc Licensing Examination module 6 and 7, or attend and pass Familiarization Programmes with SIDC.
3. Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
5. Strong interest and knowledge of the financial markets and share trading.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
7. Proficient in using financial trading platforms and data analysis tools.
8. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
9. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
