Position Title: Business Development Manager

3+ years in industrial property investment promotion, with regional market expertise.

Established client network in target regions and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Market-driven acumen, independent decision-making, and proactive initiative.

Identify and engage potential enterprise clients, present project strengths, and facilitate client visits.

Develop intermediary channels or collaborate with assigned agencies to enhance resource synergy.

Maintain client relationships, resolve queries, lead negotiations, and drive contract finalization.

Manage personal media accounts to promote project updates and amplify brand visibility.

Execute ad-hoc strategic tasks assigned by leadership to support team objectives.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM(5-day system)
