As the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Analyst, you will be responsible to provide analytical support for the Sales team with analysis, design and tracking of their field force activity and performance. You will assist the Commercial Excellence Manager with report analysis and support.

Your responsibilities
  • To provide analytical support to the Sales Force Effectiveness team
  • Support the design of the FE structures and territories
  • Support the development of competitive selling metrics to meet country sales force operational & strategic plans
  • Ability to provide understandable and actionable metrics for first line sales managers
  • Ability to translate business questions into usable report supported by rigorous analysis
  • Support the management and collation and delivery of sales and activity KPI reports
  • Support the design and calculations of sales incentive schemes for country organizations
  • Working with the sales team in providing analysis and interpretation of sales force effectiveness and efficiency management team.
The experience we're looking for
  • Degree from a recognized university.
  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience. Prior working experience in sales data analysis will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in MS Office application (Especially Excel; knowledge in vlookup and Pivot Table is required).
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking and reporting skills.
  • Fast learner and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Possess ability to utilize systems to aid in data extraction and analysis.
