Baker Hughes is seeking an AMO Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, aligning with business goals and client requirements in Sabah, Malaysia. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, guiding staff, and ensuring quality while adapting within contractual frameworks.

You will lead production tasks, manage standard processes, and drive continuous improvement, with a focus on safety and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: define operational tasks, schedule production activities, and resolve technical issues; liaison between production and stakeholders.
• Process Oversight and Execution: implement standardized production control processes; ensure procedures are followed while allowing team flexibility.
• Team Leadership and Guidance: supervise daily operations, assign tasks, coach staff, and promote accountability and safety.
• Client and Contract Management: manage interactions with clients per contracts and service frameworks within limits.
• Planning and Reporting: participate in production planning and performance reporting; analyze data for trends and bottlenecks.

Services Experienced Professional - ARMO Supervisor, you will be responsible for-

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Works closely with personnel from the business unit to define operational tasks, schedule production activities, and resolve technical issues. Acts as the primary liaison between production teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Process Oversight and Execution

Oversees the implementation of standardized production control processes. Ensures compliance with established procedures while allowing flexibility for team members to adapt methods as needed. Provides guidance and support to resolve process deviations and drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership and Guidance

Supervises daily operations, assigns tasks, and monitors team performance. Offers coaching and technical support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. Encourages a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence.

Client and Contract Management

Manages interactions with designated clients based on predefined contracts and service frameworks. Exercises discretion to adapt to client needs within agreed-upon limits, ensuring satisfaction while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.

Planning and Reporting

Participates in production planning, resource allocation, and performance reporting. Analyzes production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.

To Be Successful in This Role You Will:
