Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years in Services.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Defines tasks, schedules production activities, and resolves technical issues; liaises between production teams and stakeholders.
• Process Oversight and Execution - Implements standardized production control processes and ensures compliance while allowing flexibility for the team.
• Team Leadership and Guidance - Supervises daily operations, assigns tasks, coaches staff, and promotes accountability and safety.
• Client and Contract Management - Manages client interactions under contracts and service frameworks while ensuring compliance.
• Planning and Reporting - Participates in production planning, resource allocation, and performance reporting; analyzes data for improvements.
