We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic ServiceNow Developer to join the Technology Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions within a collaborative environment.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business needs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.
3. Ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
4. Work on ServiceNow GRC modules (preferred) and other platform capabilities.
5. Troubleshoot issues and provide effective technical solutions in a timely manner.
6. Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
3. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is highly desirable.
4. Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules is an added advantage.
5. Understanding of financial services compliance and regulatory requirements in Malaysia (optional but preferred).
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
