Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage, maintain, configure, and optimize our ServiceNow platform daily.
Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (Hybrid)
Employment Type: 1 year fixed term third party contract
Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Ensure the stable operation of our ServiceNow instance, including upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.
- Configuration & Development: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business needs, and develop related functionalities (e.g., workflows, scripts, reports).
- Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to internal users, and create relevant documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement platform enhancements to boost efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 1 year of ServiceNow administration or development experience.
- Certifications Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or related certifications are a plus.
- Problem-Solver: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Collaborative: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English (to support counterparts from China).
