Responsibilities
  • Install and configure medical equipment at hospitals, clinics, and labs.
  • Perform functional tests and ensure equipment operates according to specifications.
  • Preventive Maintenance
    • Carry out routine maintenance and calibration of equipment as per schedules.
    • Diagnose technical issues and perform necessary repairs.
    • Inform customer of the outcome of the PPM if any repair is needed.
  • Troubleshooting
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to healthcare professionals (HCP) and users.
    • Respond promptly to service calls and resolve issues within given timelines.
    • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and issues resolved.
    • Submit service reports and feedback to the Technical Manager.
    • Document all issues that remain unsolved and brainstorm with engineers.
  • Compliance & Quality
    • Ensure all service activities comply with internal SOPs, safety regulations, and relevant medical standards (e.g., ISO, MDA).
    • Support quality audits and provide necessary documentation.
    • Understand GDPMD and its regulation in the technical department.
  • Inventory & Tools Management
    • Manage and maintain service tools, test equipment, and spare parts.
    • Ensure proper stock levels and timely requests for parts.
    • Collaborate with the Service Coordinator to procure sufficient spare parts.
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside regular hours when needed.
