About The Job

At Electrolux Professional, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the role of Service Technician. This person will be responsible for conducting technical support activities to ensure excellence in after-sales services for Electrolux Professional’s customers. Additionally, they will provide technical product training to internal professionals, as well as external customers and third parties, to ensure excellent product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Technical Support

• Provide on-site technical support for customers on an ad hoc basis.

Accredited Services Team Management

• Implement technical evaluation programs to define accreditation standards for technical skills of Authorized Service Centers (ASCs).
• Conduct audits and evaluations of technical support teams of dealers and accredited service suppliers to ensure they meet professional service capability requirements.

Training

• Conduct technical support and product knowledge training for customers, dealer teams, and accredited service suppliers as per training plans and on an ad hoc basis.

Reporting

• Prepare technical intervention reports.
• Provide monthly feedback reports on product performance and issues from customers, dealers, and sales teams.
