Job description

HAUS is seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be the key technical contact for our clients, ensuring the efficient operation of our Separator and Decanter systems through hands-on service, troubleshooting, and customer support.

What Will You Do?

• Perform installation, commissioning, and preventive/corrective maintenance of Separator and Decanter systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical issues effectively.
• Prepare and maintain accurate technical service reports.
• Provide on-site training and technical support to customer teams.
• Ensure optimal machine performance and contribute to customer satisfaction.
