Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in Johor Baharu. The Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our detection and screening equipment. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, performing field service calls to customer sites, and ensuring that all machinery operates at optimal performance levels. The role also involves providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance
• Skills in performing Field Service tasks and addressing on-site technical issues
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Technical certification or relevant experience in machinery is a plus
