Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through operational-life services (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission). Services can be procured stand-alone or as part of an EnCompass partnership agreement, designed to adapt to every O&M strategy. How you’ll make an impact:

  1. Formulate and implement sales strategies to capture and increase market share and growth, identify potential and new business opportunities across channels and segments, and meet sales targets and KPIs.
  2. Prepare offers, quotations, and proposals aligned with company financial and contractual standards for submission to customers, aiming to meet annual sales, order volume, and financial targets.
  3. Achieve sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate pricing and margins, and maintain financial KPIs such as sales, revenue, and EBITA for management review.
  4. Develop contract strategies and project proposals based on policies, customer needs, budgets, and timelines, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
  5. Negotiate contract baselines and documents to maximize financial and operational performance, document changes during execution, and monitor contract success and deviations.
  6. Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects, collaborating with technical, financial, legal teams, and clients, providing support and advice on new business opportunities with legal expertise.
  7. Uphold Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions and caring for colleagues and the business.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant sales & marketing experience with a proven track record.
  • Experience selling digital solutions to utilities and industry clients.
  • Hands-on sales experience with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills.
