How you’ll make an impact:

You will formulate and implement sales strategies to capture and increase market share and growth, identify potential and new business opportunities across all channels and industry segments, and achieve sales targets and KPIs. You will identify customer needs, analyze, and prepare calculations. You will prepare offers, quotations, and proposals aligned with company financial and contractual terms for submission to customers to meet and exceed sales, order volume, and financial targets.

You will achieve sales volume and product mix targets for local product groups by setting appropriate prices and margins for individual sales opportunities. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial KPIs forecasts (sales, revenue, EBITA, etc.) for management review monthly. You will develop contract strategies and project proposals based on policies, customer requirements, budgets, and timelines, ensuring they meet technical standards.

You will review, negotiate, and finalize contract documents to ensure compliance and maximize financial and operational performance. You will document any changes during contract execution and monitor contract success or deviations to identify necessary adjustments.

You will ensure the timely and accurate execution of commercial activities, collaborating with technical, financial, legal teams, and clients, providing support and advice on new business opportunities with a strong legal knowledge base.

Your background:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing with a proven track record.
  • Experience in selling digital solutions to utilities and industry customers.
  • Hands-on sales experience with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
