Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, (Power/ Thermal) in the day-to-day operations of the Service Team in order to carry out the Company’s commitment and promise delivery of service level to the customers. The position is in contract & renewal based on yearly depends on the business growth.

Ensure an efficient workflow in administrative matters and the preparation of monthly reports in a timely manner for the Service Team

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare invoices for ad-hoc maintenance job if required.
  • Enter data from Field Service Report to the Service Module of the Oracle system if required.
  • Prepare monthly report for Periodical Maintenance and Warranty.
  • Handle incoming calls of customers on breakdown, invoices, complaints, etc.
  • Facilitate new staff tools, PPE and prepare budgeting in order for CAPEX budgeting.
  • Assisting O&M in order to plan & raise purchase of service inventory stocks.
  • Relieve the Service Administrator in administrative matters during her absence.
  • Handle any other administrative issues for Service Team
  • Manage Service Arrangement Activities, Office Property, and etc required by managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical/Electrical Engineering Background
  • Knowledge of PC Software
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and influential skills.
  • Pleasant, co-operative, self-motivated, team player, creative, innovative and customer oriented
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
