Job Description

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of skilled field service technicians to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee service operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs promptly and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Support technicians with troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex issues, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies across all service activities.


The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the material handling, industrial equipment, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyor systems, or automated storage systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
  • Degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering is preferred.
