Service Management Practitioner

Costing Management

• Update the Commercial Tracker and maintain accuracy of all financial records
• Prepare and update documents with costing information and share with Business/Market stakeholder
• Process Recharge Information Requests for completed costings and determine appropriate financial actions (recharge vs. reclassification)
• Prepare and send Costing Completed/Budget Approval Request communications and process subsequent actions

Tracking & Follow-up

• Proactively follow up with Business/Market stakeholders regarding cost approvals
• Monitor Change Requests through various stages including Recharge Information, Budget Approval, and completion
• Track Change Requests for milestone payments
• Maintain accurate records in the manual interchange tracking system

Year-End Accrual Process

• Identify Change Requests requiring accrual at year-end
• Coordinate with Business/Market stakeholders to collect accrual details
• Update finance team records with accrual information
• Process accrued Change Requests in the new fiscal year

Must have:

• Experience with ServiceNow, especially Change Management module
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work methodically with financial data and maintain accurate records
• Minimum of 1 year experience

Should have:

• ITIL certification
• Experience with purchase order processing and vendor management
• Experience with financial operations, cost tracking, or similar finance/accounting functions
