Job description
Costing Management
Update the Commercial Tracker and maintain accuracy of all financial records
Prepare and update documents with costing information and share with Business/Market stakeholder
Process Recharge Information Requests for completed costings and determine appropriate financial actions (recharge vs. reclassification)
Prepare and send Costing Completed/Budget Approval Request communications and process subsequent actions
Tracking & Follow-up
Proactively follow up with Business/Market stakeholders regarding cost approvals
Monitor Change Requests through various stages including Recharge Information, Budget Approval, and completion
Track Change Requests for milestone payments
Maintain accurate records in the manual interchange tracking system
Year-End Accrual Process
Identify Change Requests requiring accrual at year-end
Coordinate with Business/Market stakeholders to collect accrual details
Update finance team records with accrual information
Process accrued Change Requests in the new fiscal year
Must have:
Experience with ServiceNow, especially Change Management module
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work methodically with financial data and maintain accurate records
Minimum of 1 year experience
Should have:
ITIL certification
Experience with purchase order processing and vendor management
Experience with financial operations, cost tracking, or similar finance/accounting functions
