About Financial Markets Operations:
Our global team supports financial markets through operations in foreign exchange, rates, commodities, credit, and securities services across 40 countries with approximately 3,000 employees. Our mission is to support financial markets in enhancing shareholder returns safely and sustainably.

Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Lead resolution of confirmation and settlement issues.
  • Participate in capacity planning to meet daily operational demands.
  • Prioritize and schedule workload to manage volume fluctuations.
  • Organize leave coverage for continuous operations.
  • Communicate work plans and escalate bottlenecks to managers.

Business

  • Manage processes and handle escalations within the team.
  • Maintain good relationships with Front Office.
  • Review and update process procedures regularly.

Processes

  • Facilitate treasury operations for FXMM assets efficiently.
  • Understand product booking models and perform end-to-end processing.
  • Daily tasks include confirmation generation, dispatch, matching, reporting, and client service.
  • Investigate GL Suspense and Nostro account imbalances.
  • Construct manual confirmations or payments when needed.
  • Resolve internal and external customer queries promptly.

Qualifications

  • Degree, diploma, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant banking operations experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and judgment skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
