Description and Requirements
- The Digital Transformation Analyst acts as a bridge between the business and IT teams, developing solutions to support business needs and assisting IT with system implementations.
- Manage Lenovo’s global post-sales service entitlement processes.
- Responsible for warranty and non-warranty install base solutions for Lenovo products (PCs, servers, smart devices, mobile products) within CRM systems, supporting post-sales activities.
- Serve as a business partner to lead and support entitlement business requirements, analyze and clarify needs, design solutions, and coordinate with IT for implementation.
- Drive and support projects related to the internal CRM system, including designing business process blueprints, developing functional specifications, executing system testing, and providing post-production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system and process improvements, resolve issues, adapt to regulations, and enhance products.
- Address system issues with analytical support to resolve problems and respond promptly to critical issues or customer complaints.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in ERP, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong ownership and accountability in driving cross-functional teamwork and deliverables.
- Proven problem-solving skills in CRM systems, install base management, post-sales processes, and warranty solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese are highly advantageous.
- Ability to facilitate effective communication and alignment across teams.
- Familiarity with SAP CRM or similar CRM systems, especially install base functionalities.
- Experience in digital or business transformation and business analysis.
- Knowledge of lifecycle management of service master data (customer, equipment, warranty data) is a plus.
- Proficiency with SAP CRM, Salesforce, or other CRM suites, particularly in master data modules; data processing experience is a bonus.
