  • Ensure field repair processes remain accurate and compliant following product modifications.

  • Serve as the primary service representative within engineering change forums and governance reviews.

  • Collaborate with Product Development Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Quality & Reliability, Supply Chain Procurement, Service Operations, Refurbishment Engineering, Customer Care teams.

  • Facilitate alignment between engineering change timelines and service readiness activities.

  • Maintain engineering change trackers, dashboards, and implementation metrics.

  • Monitor change implementation progress and escalates risks where appropriate.

  • Ensure traceability of service-related decisions and approvals.

  • Support audits and governance reviews through accurate documentation and reporting.

  • Identify opportunities to improve engineering change workflows, automation, and data quality.

  • Drive adoption of PLM, ERP, and service management tools.
