Job description

Responsible for setup, installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, and providing application support on equipment at customers' sites.

Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers.

Support the sales team with technical know-how, demonstrations, proposals, etc.

Provide on-site training to customers and be available 24/7 to support customer issues on site.

Actively participate in hardware setup and new equipment installation for customer purchases.

Analyze equipment, hardware, and maintenance data through MTBF to improve reliability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of service experience in electronics industries.
• Process and application knowledge is an advantage.
• Related experience with SMT electronic equipment such as reflow ovens, wave soldering, and selective soldering.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas.
• Hardworking and independent.
