Provide technical support, resolving issues, doing quality assurance checks.
Manage team and ensure team objectives are being carried out.
Display extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.
Monitor and review work schedule on service and repair work for maintenance team.
Identify the root maintenance issues, develop ideas, and propose solutions in the technical report.
Prepare quotations, technical reports, follow up, data analysis, and summarizing collected data, providing regular reports to management.
Offer good customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services, and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong project management skills.
Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
