• Perform preventive maintenance services according to schedule.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance services according to schedule for all equipment.
• Conduct field troubleshooting and product repairs at customers’ sites.
• Assist customers with all technical issues related to equipment.
• Deliver training sessions to customers when required.
• Prepare accurate professional reports on technical issues and liaise with relevant departments.
• Report and escape incidents or irregularities through proper channels.
• Perform installation, commissioning, and preparation of machines.
• Provide feedback to divisions on customer experiences, product quality, and potential improvements.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in service; fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply (training provided).
• Able to work independently, resourceful, and self-motivated.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
