Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer to provide installation, maintenance, and after-sales support for our products and equipment. The role involves both in-house and field service work, ensuring that customer receive high-quality technical support and service.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test equipment at customer sites
• Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or electronic faults
• Provide timely and effective technical support to customers
• Document service activities, reports, and parts used
• Ensure compliance with company and safety standards during all operations
• Maintain tools, service kits, and company assets in good condition
• Travel to on-site locations as required
• We are hiring for positions based in Selangor
• Possess own transport

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field
• 1-3 years of experience in a Technical Service or support role (freshers with strong technical aptitude may also be considered)
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with service tools, diagnostic equipment, and safety procedures
• Experience in servicing (specific equipment or industry, if applicable)
• Knowledge of basic computer skills (MS Office, email, reporting tools)
• Strong analytical and ability to priorities the workload
• Positive attitude, initiative, hardworking and team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay
• Willingness to travel for on-site service (locally or regionally)
