A leading company in microscopy technology seeks a Service Engineer to provide comprehensive product support for Light and Electron Microscopy. Key responsibilities include field support, installation, training, and maintenance, with opportunities for fresh graduates. Reporting to the Service Manager and Service Director, the Service Engineer is responsible for all service aspects of product support function for Light Microscopy (LM) & Electron Microscopy (EM) products.
1) Provide field support within Malaysia and SEA for both Academic and Industry customers
2) Handle on-site installation, user training and commissioning,
3) Diagnose and resolve products issue,
4) Perform maintenance, calibration & repair service.
5) Correspond with customers on technical matters
7) Increase service revenue by capturing service contracts and selling after sales upgrades for LM & EM.
8) Follow-up on customer service feedback.
9) Work closely with Sales, Service and Process Application Sales Support (PASS) team
