• Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors for project implementation.
• Provide recommendations to ensure facility efficiency and upselling opportunities.

What you will do

The team delivers innovative solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for HVAC systems. To cope with our expanding business, you will be part of a growing project/service team of HVAC driving new projects or maintaining customer’s facilities. Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service.

How you will do it

• Assist Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis and price negotiation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors for project implementation.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure the facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities.
• Support proposals to support recommendations and solutions.
• Handle project administration.

What we look for

Required

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 to 10 years’ relevant experience.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.

Preferred

• Effective interpersonal, presentation and project management skills.
• Good problem-solving techniques, organizing and planning ability.
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese.
• Independent and able to work under pressure & tight deadlines.
• Willing to work on-site in various locations.
