Job description

Install, commission, and test equipment at customer sites according to company standards.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or electronic faults in equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure equipment reliability.

Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Provide on-site technical support, training, and troubleshooting assistance.

Document service visits, technical issues, and resolutions clearly and accurately.

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, parts, logistics) to support service work.

Recommend improvements or upgrades based on equipment condition and performance.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and customer site protocols.

Maintain tools, test equipment, and spare parts inventory.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.

1-2 years of experience in service, maintenance, or field support roles.

Strong technical knowledge of machinery, instruments, or control systems (based on industry).

Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites (local or international).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PLCs, automation, or instrumentation systems.

Familiarity with industry-specific equipment (e.g., HVAC, CNC, medical devices, process control).

Valid driver’s license and passport (if required for travel).

OEM product training or certification.
