A leading company in telecommunications seeks a Project Coordinator to validate project data and manage site share licences. The role involves engaging with customers, ensuring financial data accuracy, and providing professional support within the team. Ideal candidates will possess a degree, strong Microsoft skills, and a customer-focused approach, with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsible to validate project data and that all renewals of licences & rent reviews are actioned accurately and in a timely manner. Need to assist and coordinate the delivery of project objectives, taking responsibilities for the key milestones, with particular emphasis on communication with internal and external customers.
Main activities and tasks:
Carry out the initial validation and loading of site share Projects onto the system accurately and within the required SLAs and time constraints
Carry out any corrections needed to Project data in AGORA
Engage with Customers and Commercial Team members to ensure all Renewals of Site Share Licences/Facilities Charts/Station Schedules are actioned and sent out promptly
Work with internal groups and external customers to resolve licensing and invoicing issues in a timely, satisfactory and efficient manner
Carry out Special Projects when required as directed by the Licensing Team Leader
Assist the Senior Revenue Analyst with Uplift Spreadsheet Reviews, and informing customers of annual rent reviews, ensuring rates are correctly applied in SAP-RE
Responsible for ensuring that key financial data is accurately recorded in the company’s financial system
Adhere to the internal rules and regulations, policies, procedures, and current workflow within the organization/business unit/team
Support the Licensing Manager, providing ad hoc support within the scope of the role, within the limits of own professional competence (e.g., reports, analyses, specific projects, etc.)
Provide guidance and support to colleagues and foster a positive and productive work environment
Have a continuous improvement mindset – review/evaluate current processes and look to implement updates in good time
Required Education & Trainings:
Degree holder with minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
Required Experience:
Previous Project Management/Coordinator experience is a plus
Specific skills & technical knowledge:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Work, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of ERP systems / SAP is beneficial
Knowledge/experience and understanding of Telecommunication Infrastructure services are advantageous but not essential
Good communicator with Customer relationship focus
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Commercial awareness is crucial, need to be able to understand and comprehend complex commercial and financial arrangements
Project Coordinator experience and background is beneficial
Able to support UK Business hours (4pm to 1am)
