Baker Hughes is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator for Drilling Services in Malaysia. The role coordinates job activities across teams, serves as the primary client contact from preparation to close-out, and ensures contract terms are understood and honored.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in Drilling Services/Well Construction, with strong communication and leadership skills to drive safe, on-time delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Drilling Services and Well Construction.
• Good knowledge of Drilling and Logging technologies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Collaborative with business partners and able to lead.
• Strong problem identification and solution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate required job activities across organizational boundaries.

• Ensure contracts/quotes are understood and leveraged.
• Monitor and coordinate all job activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure invoices align with contracts and timely cash collection.

The Service Delivery Coordinator - Drilling Services will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Drilling Services you will be responsible for:

• Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment
• Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars
• Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon
• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined across organizational boundaries
• Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out. Managing the relationship to ensure business success
• Being familiar with the assigned client's process for Management of Change.
• Escalating of issues that can impact service delivery promptly
• Ensuring invoices are in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have at least a Bachelor's level from an accredited college or equivalent
• Have a relevant minimum 5 years experience in Drilling Services and Well Construction
• Have good knowledge of Drilling and Logging technologies.
• Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
• Be a collaborator with business partners, exhibiting sound interpersonal and leadership skills
• Have effective problem identification and solution skills
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
