Job summary

Halliburton in Malaysia seeks an experienced Real Estate Services leader to direct activities across a geographic area, including facilities operations, design and construction of support spaces, voice infrastructure, travel, office services and security.

You will own the RES budget, select and monitor outsourced providers, and serve as the primary RES contact for all levels of the company, ensuring deployment of support for both deployed and non-deployed facilities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, architecture, or engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in property management or other shared services functions.
• Experience in managing multi-discipline activities and internal relations across a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct Real Estate Services activities for a specific geographic area.
• Oversee operations and maintenance for non-deployed facilities; manage acquisition/disposition to support business unit requirements.
• Design and construction of support facilities such as shops, warehouses, and plants; manage voice communication infrastructure and contracts; travel management processes; office services; and security services.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital expenditure plans for the service center and customer base.
• Select and monitor performance of outsourced service providers.
• Serve as the principal Real Estate Services (RES) contact for all levels of the Company.
• Provide overall RES support to deployed facilities within geographic area as required.
• Job role is independently accountable for RES support function.
