YumYuummmm Nasi Dagang

is seeking a dedicated Service Crew / Barista to join our team in Kuantan, Pahang. This is a full-time role where you will play a crucial part in providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers. You will be responsible for serving and interacting with customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly and professional manner
2. Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout your shift
3. Assisting with general dining room duties, such as setting tables and clearing dishes
4. Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to customer requests
5. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient service

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
