Job description

Job Responsibility

• Study, understand & appreciate the nature, story & culture of Beacon brand of products
• Share suitable products to fit customerâs needs and match up to trending demand
• Customer satisfaction and trust as our core value, excellent sales service as our root cultural to grow and sustain daily business
• Stock control at retail outlet, properly organising products with strategic display location according to established guidelines.
• Ensuring retail outlet tidiness, cleanliness & hygiene as top priority as Beaconâs image to our customer and general public
• Timely documentations relating to retail outlet business according to standard operating procedure
• Fundamental IT system enable, daily business conducted via retail outlet Point of Sales (POS) system.
• Arranging matters relating to outlet operations including repair and maintenance, licensing renewal, outlet outlook improvement & etc.
• Attending to corporate social responsibility program as encouraged, conducted by Beacon group of Companies.
• Any other duties that may be required from time to time.
