Job Responsibility

1. Study, understand, and appreciate the nature, story, and culture of Beacon brand products.
2. Share suitable products to fit customer needs and match trending demand.
3. Prioritize customer satisfaction and trust as core values; provide excellent sales service to grow and sustain daily business.
4. Control stock at retail outlets, properly organize products with strategic display locations according to established guidelines.
5. Maintain retail outlet tidiness, cleanliness, and hygiene as top priorities to uphold Beacon's image to customers and the public.
6. Ensure timely documentation related to retail outlet operations according to standard operating procedures.
7. Utilize IT systems effectively; conduct daily business via the retail outlet POS system.
8. Handle outlet operations including repair and maintenance, licensing renewal, and outlet appearance improvements.
9. Participate in corporate social responsibility programs as encouraged by Beacon Group of Companies.
10. Perform any other duties as required from time to time.
