Service Crew – Food & Beverage Preparation and Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items according to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and quality guidelines.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, ovens, blenders, and coffee machines, ensuring proper handling and safety.
  • Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, soft drinks, and specialty drinks.
  • Maintain food and beverage quality, ensuring proper taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring proper storage, handling, and preparation of ingredients.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
  • Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and prompt service.
  • Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces.

General Duties:

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Follow company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in staff training, menu updates, and service improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or retail is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and beverage making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and safety protocols.
