About the role

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment? AiLOAF Bakery & Cafe' is looking for enthusiastic Service Crew to join our team in Selangor. This full-time role will see you playing a key part in delivering a fantastic dining experience to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing and serving customer orders in a timely fashion
• Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area
• Assisting with food preparation tasks as required
• Responding promptly to customer queries and concerns
• Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• A friendly, enthusiastic and professional demeanour
• Good working knowledge of food preparation and service
• Willingness to work as part of a team and follow directions
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of a busy café environment
