JOB PURPOSE

The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth and friendly dining experience for all customers. This role is crucial in representing the brand and ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with ordering.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counters, and restrooms.
  • Replenish supplies and condiments at service areas.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely and professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.

2. SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Assist in daily opening and closing duties.
  • Support kitchen staff during peak hours when necessary.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and service flow guidelines.
  • Attend staff briefings and training sessions as required.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or customer issues to supervisors.

3. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Friendly and energetic personality with a passion for customer service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and food handling practices.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Prior experience in food service is an advantage but not required.

4. WORKING CONDITION
