Service Crew (Part Time / Full Time, Trainee - Supervisor) - New Japanese Wagyu Restaurant

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Your Role:

As a member of our Service Crew, you will perform a variety of tasks that ensure our restaurant operates smoothly and our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Reception: Greet customers upon arrival, guide them to their seats, and provide menus.
  • Order Taking and Recommendations: Introduce menu items, answer customer inquiries, and offer recommendations based on customer preferences and tastes.
  • Order Processing: Accurately take customer orders and promptly relay them to the kitchen.
  • Food Delivery: Serve prepared dishes to customers’ tables, ensuring food quality and presentation.
  • Sales and Upselling: Proactively recommend signature dishes, beverages, and additional services to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Daily Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in dining areas, ensuring tables, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and organized.
