About the role

Join Avery Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a full-time Service Clerk based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this essential administrative support role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels

Communicate with Branch Service Supervisors for service related matters

Maintain detailed records and documentation related to customer interactions and service requests

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Assist with the processing of customer orders, returns, and other administrative tasks

Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Provide general office support as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

What we're looking for

At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage competing tasks effectively

Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
