A luxury hotel group is seeking a Service Centre Officer to manage guest communications at their property. Responsibilities include handling calls, fulfilling guest needs, and providing information on promotions. Qualifications

  • Willingness to rotate across shifts, including day, night and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls promptly.
  • Provide and record all guest messages and wake-up calls.
  • Fulfill guest needs as requested according to the established standard.
  • Answer general inquiries and explain latest F&B promotion.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by the Supervisors.
