Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Administer service contract opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to increase local contract adoption.
• Manage contract warranties and service contracts in our Service Management System.
• Analyze and report warranty conversion rates and contract renewal rates to CETS and the business team.
• Engage with the business team on opportunities for warranty conversion and contract renewal.
• Support processing of service contracts and billable services.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder with at minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in order processing and contract management administration.
• Proficiency in SAP Order Processing is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills, customer-oriented, independent, and self-motivated.
• Positive working attitude with a pleasant personality.
• Resilient and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
