We are looking forService Associate - Finance Risk Control to join our team!

As our Service Associate - Finance Risk Control, we rely on you to:

  • Responsible for costing, monitoring of all food, beverage and general stocks to provide accurate and timely cost figures for operations.
  • Preparing daily F&B Cost Report
  • Daily cost and recording of inter-kitchen and inter bar on the individual kitchen and outlets
  • Costing of F&B recipes, menus, and function orders.
  • Conduct regular spot checks on against inventory
  • Computes potential F&B cost for all the outlets
  • Participates in the month end inventory taking
  • Portion control checks are carried out with F&B Chef
  • Butcher test are carried out by the butcher
  • Buffet Tests to monitor the food cost of buffets
  • Assiat OE count

We are looking for someone who:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Costing or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity.
  • Ability to work long.
  • Good knowledge of personal computing.
  • General knowledge of accounting concepts.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a confident and tactfulIs a strong team player.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill.
